Commented Unassigned: Add-in is throwing XML errors [7570]

I have the Chemistry add-in installed on our server with Word 2010. It installed properly and loads when Word opens, however when we try to create a new structure, it throws an error after a second saying it cannot load a file or assembly.

The structure editor comes up after you clear the error, but once you create the structure and confirm the label, it throws another error and the structure does not appear in the document:

Is there any troubleshooting that can be done for this?
Comments: Hi, Sorry for not responding sooner. We have seen this error occurring when the Microsoft OpenXML SDK 2.0 is not installed properly. Please can you download it from [here](https://download.microsoft.com/download/2/7/F/27FF6744-D970-4FFB-90B8-5226B2B82E0A/OpenXMLSDKv2.msi)

Lock Progress Bar and ChemDoodle Editor forms to same Top Left corner as the Word Window. They could some times appear in a different monitor on multi monitor systems.

Commented Unassigned: 2.0.1.0 Beta 7 updater does not work towards Beta 8 [7571]

Currently have 2.0.1.0 Beta 7 installed. Whenever Word is launched, there is a window saying "Update Available" asking to update to beta 8. However When "Update Now" is pressed, only the progress bar moves. Even after the progress bar reached the other end there is nothing happening. I can only close this window and use Word. But the Chem4Word add-in still remains in Beta 7 and keeps asking to update when Word is launched.

Launching Word with Administrator privilege was tried. It did not solve the problem.
Comments: Cool! Just updated the program and is looking forward to the next update! :D

If you encounter problems please delete contents of folder "C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Chemistry Add-in for Word" between the above steps. Where username is you Windows UserName. This can be found out by starting a command prompt window and looking at the text to the left of the flashing cursor between "C:\Users\" and ">"

We are getting reports that this download is triggering the Microsoft Smart Screen, don't worry as this application has been fully scanned for all know viruses before uploading to the CodePlex servers.

I installed it on my development Virtual Machine, (which has visual studio 2010 on it)

Windows 2008 R2
Office 2010 (32 bit)

I first un-installed Chem4Word, installed "Mathematics-Add-In", checked that it worked by getting in ti plot a graph of "sin(x) * 2"
I then re-installed Chem4Word, tested the "Mathematics-Add-In" as above, tested Chem4Word and both worked.

Which version of windows are you running and are you using 32bit or 64bit version of office?

Ich habe die 2 Apps unter Microsoft Word 2010 unter Win 7, 8 und 10 installiert.

Nach 2 Tagen und einigen Aktivierungen von Word 2010 verschwindet 'Mathematics-Add-In' wieder, obwohl es noch auf dem PC installiert ist.

Die Software 'Chem4Word' scheint diesen Effekt auszulösen, obwohl ich dies während der 2 Tage-Testphase NICHT gestartet habe,

I have installed the 2 apps on Microsoft Word 2010, Win 7, 8 and 10.

After 2 days and several activations of Word 2010 disappears 'Mathematics Add-in' again, although it is already installed on the PC.

The software 'Chem4Word' seems to trigger this effect, although I d'nt start it during the 2 days-tests.
