Commented Issue: PubChem search and import file downloaded from PubChem issue [7548]

Good morning,

I have installed yesterday your plugin, which I find really good. It saves us a lot of time when writing reports.
I run it on windows 7 (64 bit) professional with Office 2010 (French version).

Nevertheless, I have issues with PubChem search and import file when the file was downloaded from PubChem (xml, 2D-XML).

When I use PubChem search on a molecule like ATP, which returns results on the website, I get the following error: (translated) "Reference of the object is not defined to an instance of an object."

Also, when I search for ATP (or any other molecule) on the website of PubChem, go to the webpage of the molecule, download the 2D-xml of the molecule and then load it in word using the load from file option in the chemistry ribbon, I have the following error: "No displayable data found in this document". I don't have the issue when I download the cml from OPSIN website.

Can you tell me why it doesn't work?

Thank you very much in advance for your answer.
Comments: I am running the Chemistry Add-In for Word on Windows 7 (64 bit) professional with Office 2010 Professional (x86). I have not been able to get the "PubChem lookup service" to do anything besides return the following error: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." I have re-installed the add-in and I have also uninstalled, checked my registry to confirm the absence of the appropriate entries, and re-installed. The problem is isolated to Import > Load From > PubChem. I downloaded the file attached to this page ("ChemistryDll.zip") or ("http://chem4word.codeplex.com/Download/AttachmentDownload.ashx?ProjectName=chem4word&WorkItemId=7548&FileAttachmentId=365123") and followed the appropriate steps to no avail. Has this issue been resolved? Can you please help?
